Weigh In Sundays (9/30/12)
Hey everyone! I weighed in again! I gained 1 pound. After my period I always gain weight no matter what I do. I'm not upset since I excepted it and have already taken steps to lose it.
I've been drinking apple cider vinegar once a day and drinking one fruit based, or mixed fruits and veggie juice for breakfast. I've lost 2% body fat as well!
For today, I'll be drinking celery, cucumber, honeydew melon, and carrots. I'm challenging my palate. It smells like celery so I'm sure I might get nauseous...
