Weigh In Sundays (9/30/12)

Hey everyone! I weighed in again! I gained 1 pound. After my period I always gain weight no matter what I do. I'm not upset since I excepted it and have already taken steps to lose it. I've been drinking apple cider vinegar once a day and drinking one fruit based, or mixed fruits and veggie juice for breakfast. I've lost 2% body fat as well! For today, I'll be drinking celery, cucumber, honeydew melon, and carrots. I'm challenging my palate. It smells like celery so I'm sure I might get nauseous... Wish me luck and update me with your plans and goals!

Weigh In Sundays

Hey everyone, I weighed in today. I didn't lose or gain any weight. I sorta went lax on the working out but I've been eating well and juicing. My menstruation is coming on soon and I'm usually down for at least 2-3 days. I hope I can get back up to speed quickly. I'll be back with updates next weekend!!

Beginnings and Intros

Hello everyone! For the hundredth time, I'm trying to get this weight off. I've been overweight most of my life. 
I've been on numerous diets including Weight Watchers where I lost 50 pounds. But I let myself go again and gained back about 30 of that. But this time I plan to stick with my diet plan and lose these pounds. 
I used to update my progress on Facebook. But I found people were either negative or rude. So the purpose of this blog is to have a safe place to document my feelings about this weight lost journey.
